These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ace445 (hereinafter "ace445", "the Platform", "we", or "us") governing all access to and use of the ace445 platform, including the website located at ace445.club, all associated subdomains, and any services made available therein.

By accessing the ace445 platform for any purpose — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Account Information Accuracy

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the details on your verified ace445 account.

Refund Policy

Deposits that have not been wagered may be eligible for a refund upon request, subject to the completion of identity verification. Deposits that have been partially or fully wagered are not eligible for a refund. ace445 does not provide refunds on losing wagers.

ace445 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the compliance team will notify you via your registered email address and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

ace445 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus principles outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by ace445 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, and the period within which wagering must be completed are stated in each individual promotion's terms. As a general guide, wagering requirements on ace445 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, though this varies by promotion.

• Eligible games: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table game contributions vary and are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account.

Promotional Amendments

ace445 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified via their registered email address if a material change is made to a promotion they have already opted into.

As a registered user of ace445, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace445:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.

ace445 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach of this section: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances and bonus funds, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and referral of relevant evidence to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the ace445 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, typography, colour schemes, logos, icons, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ace445 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace445 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any ace445 content without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from any part of the ace445 platform.
• Frame or mirror ace445 content on any other website or digital property.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings on ace445 content.
• Use any ace445 brand assets — including the ace445 name, logo, or domain — in any context without prior written approval from ace445.

Game content displayed on ace445 — including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and specialty game graphics — is owned by the respective third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to ace445 for display on the platform. All rights in such content remain with the respective studios.

ace445 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 06, failure to pass identity verification, suspicious transaction patterns, or a violation of applicable law.

Voluntary Account Closure

Before closure is processed, any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Accounts with active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will have those bonus funds forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Effect of Closure on Balances

Where ace445 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance is subject to review. ace445 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Where no breach is found but the account is closed for operational reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace445's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace445 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
